I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING MY BODY NOT WANTING A LOT OF MEAT AND STARCHY SOLIDS. I GET PHYSICALLY SICK WHEN I DO. I CAN NOT EXPLAIN IT. WOULD IT BE A PART OF MY PREPARATION FOR THE SHIFT? I DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER MEDICAL RESTRICTIONS THANK YOU
