I would like to encourage people to use meditation with focus to help to find their connection to the One Spiritual Energy. First, I try to explain to people that Meditation is like Exercising. Some people exercise to tone their muscles and some exercise to Body Build. This meditation exercise I give is more of a Body Building Meditation exercise. Feel free to send me a message to request the meditation exercise. I would also like to make people aware that there are Negative forces that are attempting to prevent the awakening. I have been made aware of what to look for to detect their efforts to stop this awakening and I can share that information also. It becomes most evident when one tries the meditation exercise that I have put together from the Billy Meier meditation exercise. I also have links to Billy Meiers information if you are interested. We have a challenge ahead of us to resist the blocks that have been put into place to stop our ability to enter a deep meditation and experience this deeper connection to each other. I try to help others move past this. As I said it is a challenge and that is why I offer the more focused meditation exercise as a way to train your mind and overcome the blocks.
