Being the Change and Living Awake Pt. 1 (Introduction)

Here is the exercise that comes with this series. To the best of your ability ask yourself these questions and answer them honestly.

Being the change we want to see in the world.
Our Attitude -
1) How did we get our present attitude?
2.) What IS the Change we wish to see in the world?
3.) How can we change our attitude?
4.) Why do we change it?

Living Awake.
Our Behavior-
1.) What are basic and obvious changes we can make?
2.) What are some more subtle changes we can make?
3.) What physical changes can we make?
4.) What are the emotional changes we can make?
5.) What are the spiritual changes we can make in our behavior?
