First thing i'm going to say is this, don't use oil sprays. Have you ever seen Jamie Oliver? He chucks oil on his food like it's going out of fashion and he's perfectly healthy. Oil isn't bad for you, but remember to use olive or grapeseed oil as these are the healthiest. Consider it this way, in simple terms; saturated fat makes you unhealthy and unsaturated keeps you healthy. You can't be healthy without enough fat.

In short, use natural olive or grapeseed (it's an odd shade of green but is surprizingly healthy) oils in cooking, not prossesed stuff with things like that in it.
