Welcome Them!

Please introduce yourself to all of us.: Embracing a mind, body, and spirit centered practice throughout most of my adult life, I have a deep rooted respect for the opportunity of our existence. My pilgrimage has taken me through several evolutions of the "I am", as both the student and teacher. I have a B.S. in Biology, allowing me a prefessional career in biotechnology, and have earned recognition as a martial arts and yoga teacher. I believe the greatest success in life comes from helping others and sharing profound laughter as we experience this adventure.

What are some of your favorite topics of study?: Philosophy, Morality in the modern world, Theology and the value of religion, Cosmology and I am, Yoga, Martial Arts, and the meditative life.
