GINA VANCE, RBT, CCHT
I’m Gina Vance, Registered Behavioral Therapist, specializing in Imagery Therapies. In private practice as well as group events, I teach how to use various research-based self care and self awareness techniques to develop mind-body skills to manage pain, stress and trauma, and achieve comfort and clarity on purpose. These are methods that are used in hospitals, medical schools, and private practice in the US, and for trauma relief around the world. I call my practice Mind Body Skills.
SERVICES
I teach how to use Interactive Imagery Therapies like guided imagery, self-hypnosis, active meditation and helpful breathing techniques to manage stress and pain, and achieve goals. I work in private consultation in person or by phone and with groups large and small. It's also my pleasure to consult to business and institution, helping to incorporate more profitable stress management programs.
PHILOSOPHY
My passion for the poignant beauty of the human experience with all its agonies and ecstasies, guides my work and continual research into the most efficient and effective ways to educe the inner genius and ingenuity I believe to be in all humans. My work is inspired by the desire to elicit the ability to access and utilize the resources, perhaps latent, or hidden, that every person carries within. My practical nature combines with my love for beauty and inspiration to ferret out the most favorable and effective routes to create the net effects desired.
