Strange Spiral light phenomena over Norway coincides with Obama peace prize reception

Between 7 and 9 o clock in the morning, december 9, 2009 this strange thing happened in the skies above Norway. Thousands of people saw this, took photos and filmed it and posted to their blogs. It appeared in the east, moving westwards.

It was described as a spiral moving light, completely silent. After about 1 minute or so, the light disappeared and seemed to dissolve, leaving a grey mist/halo expanding, then dissolving. The green/blue lighttrail remained for hours. People describing it as frightening/exciting and beautiful.

Norwegian defence say they dont know what it is. Russians say they have not launched any rockets, neither have the Norwegian Andøya rocketsite.

It is not Aurora borealis, and not a meteor since it remained in the skies for more than 2 minutes. Russian, Swedish and Norwegian rocket sites report they have not fired any rockets. Nobody knows what this is.

Amazing.....................................
This looks like an easy photo shop effect, and why is there no real video clips of it instead of you showing us the pictures? If thousands have seen it there must be at least 10 videos of it! ;)
I think it is the guys workin on EISCAT that is experimenting whit scalar waves. EISCAT has a similar purpose as HAARP only they use different waves and frequencies to beam out energy. But it is probably just as efficient as HAARP.
There is a lot of videos and pictures on you tube. So this is not a photo shop event.Though I believe there is a quite mundane explanation for the phenomenon. Here is a video of one of the explanations. Though I am more suspicious of the people from EISCAT because of the location of the phenomenon.

Hi! This was from a HAARP-similar station we have close to Tromsø. Similar to a HAARP created activity.... Sorry, no UFO....
I immediately thought it was HAARP. I forgot about EISCAT.
It was confirmed today that Russia was testing a missile. Believe it or not.
Mysterious 'Norway Spiral' UFO Was Russian Rocket

(Sky News) - An out-of-control Russian rocket has been blamed for sparking fears Wednesday that a UFO had taken to the skies above Norway.

Spectacular spirals of light were seen over the north of the country, prompting theories they were caused by a meteor, the northern lights or even aliens.

But now Russia has confirmed that its latest test-firing of a new intercontinental missile ended in failure - at the same time observers witnessed the early morning light show.

The submarine-launched missile was from the Dmitry Donskoi submarine in the White Sea early Wednesday, according to Russian newspapers.

Russian defense analyst Pavel Felgenhauer said the images seen over Norway were consistent with a missile failure.

"Such lights and clouds appear from time to time when a missile fails in the upper layers of the atmosphere and have been reported before," he said.

"At least this failed test made some nice fireworks for the Norwegians."
I think the light was the UFO droping off Obama... just a thought
Hi! This was from a HAARP-similar station we have close to Tromsø. Similar to a HAARP created activity.... Sorry, no UFO or extraterestial activity....
