- Design your own page using our Design Studio. Profile pages are very customizable in design, background, font's, modules and RSS feeds. (You can even re-direct a custom URL to your profile to make a personal webpage.)
- Choose from a multitude of Apps to add to your profile.
- Start your own forum or group. (Groups can be made language specific. ex. "Lightworkers en Francais" and have the ability to add full pages that use html or rich text for widgets, event ticket sales, book sales, video's, links and more.)
- Share your own content VIA Blog, Video and Photos.
- Promote your events, services, website, blog and products.
- Share content easily with our Twitter, Facebook integration.
- Participate in Members Only events at no cost.
- Stay up to date with the latest GIC programs.

Feel free to upload your pictures to your profile page and design your page anyway you'd like with our new Design Studio (Click on 'Customize my page' under your profile pic/icon.) You can even use CSS for our more advanced "designers".

 Please remember that we are not Corporate owned nor do we accept Multi-National Corporate monies or endowments. (small businesses are welcomed) Everything we do is created for you and by your personal contributions, please consider making a donation on our DONATE Page when you get to know us and decide you would like to support the GIC, our expansion and future projects. We do rely solely on your donations to keep us running.
Make sure to check all of the "sub-tabs" on the Navigation bar as there is much hidden there for convenience sake and as we begin to finish up the re-design, we will be moving things around and will put them in the sub tabs.

SPAM or commercial 3rd party post's will be deleted. If you have a business that aligns with our Focus topics ( see above ) feel free to promote your Website, Blog or Business in your Profile Blog, a Group or Forum.

You are always welcome to share any material on the site anywhere on the web. While we prefer you use the Share features (ie- Facebook, Twitter.) you may copy and paste anything with a link back to the original page. (NOTE- We now have self generating links on Copy and Pasted items. No need to create your own, just please leave the Link back generated. Thank you. )

Code of Conduct - We feel that we are all here for the same reason and as that being as it is, we know how to behave and be polite. While we welcome dissenting points of view and a healthy debate at times, we ask that you make your point without personal attacks or general rudeness and accusatory statements.  Unkind people will be removed from the network, here and around the web. ( ZERO TOLERANCE for racism, homophobia, misogyny and all forms of bigotry.)

What's that funny noise I hear?  That is the Chat notification letting you know people are chatting. You can turn it off or join the chat by opening the chatbox on the bottom bar when you click the up arrow icon on the bottom right of any page. As well we will have a Chat box on the Home page for community events, movie screenings, etc. on the TV Player.
Also, if you need some guidance or have a question, our Administrative Team is happy to help. Click on "View All" Members. Our "Featured Members" are our Admin. Team, or featured Bloggers, each with their own specialty. Click on their image and send them a message anytime.
