Breath is more than oxygen ..

You can see that everything is changeable except our breath ..

It's always with us ..

If you breath naturally and keep focusing in your breath ..you will feel it

That breath is a connection with God .. Whatever is your definition of God..

Breath is a great gift from God ..to keep us connected with the spark of God which inside you..

Breath is a simple tool available to everyone free .. no one can take from u ..you cant buy it ..

Breath is a simple tool available to everyone as a guider and a reminder of who you really are..

Breath is a pure love sent to you from God to go inside you to enrich your body and soul ..and then it goes out from you to spread the world..

If you listen to your breath you will know everything you want to know..

this is what i learnt from my experience with breath ..after a video session ..it was amazing i felt like am a child..everything became clear..i see clearer..and my view of life changed since this moment..uhh it's just amazing ..

I'm happy and so grateful that i'm here with you in this earth as a part of one.
