How many of us have taken the time to take a deep look at our day to day, moment to moments, actions, mannerisms, speech and movement, from a thought to thought awareness and vibration. As we do this, let us count how many of these individual movements and actions are merely, 'emotionally backed demands' to appease what we believe is an urgent 'thought form' and emotional feeling expressed through your very own nervous system and either calming or 'clenching' your muscles and nerves,( as subtle as it may be.) We are whole beings that are affected by every thought and emotional response, mentally and physically... we are whole beings of light and body.
