Its been five years since Dr. Bernard Alvarez opened his You Tube and Stickam account, bringing him, his personality and metaphysical expertise onto the world wide web. Starting with local activism videos and a Happy Hour on Stickam, Bernard slowly allowed his work to unfold into what it has evolved into today, The Global Illumination Council network.
